NATIONALLY REGISTERED EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN (NREMT)
I have been both Nationally Certified (PA) and Nationally Registered (NJ) as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). I am currently employed in my local community, where services include everything from preventative, to palliative, to post-mortem care.
Although no longer active, I will forever bear gratitude to my time served with Wall Community First Aid Squad. As Secretary and 1st Sergeant, WCFAS was the bridge to my return to EMS in New Jersey, and a conduit to both professional training and personal growth in the field of emergency medicine.
Rooted in my passion for community health, I am currently spearheading a mezzo-level intervention program alongside my full-time position as an EMT with Neptune Township (NJ). This program aims to identify and link vulnerable populations/patients with comprehensive continuity of care.
In addition to EMS competencies, I am trained in Psychological First Aid (PFA), Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS), Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), and Active Shooter Incident Management (ASIM).
